Our main stage theater offers 278 seats, upstairs private balcony bar, dressing rooms and green room. Available for performances, weddings, conferences & more.

Back Stage Listening Room [ 56 seats ]

Our Back Stage Listening Room offers 56 seated capacity and is great for intimate live performances, receptions, cocktail parties, readings, meetings, rehearsal & more.

Rental Fee:

  • Performance $500 *local rate available
  • Corporate $500
  • Hourly $100 + staffing

Recording Studio

Our state of the art recording studio is located on the first floor of the theater can be utilized as a writing room or practice space.

Rental Fee:

  • Hourly $80
  • *Includes engineer
  • *Locals discount available

STAFFING

Ticketing services are provided free of charge. Benefits include:

  • Event published on our Official Key West Theater website
  • Updated ticket counts
  • Event published on our “Upcoming Events” section of our weekly e-blast
  • Full access to email list of attendees
  • Detailed transaction report of attendees
  • Ability for patrons to purchase in person at the Key West Theater box office

MARKETING

The Official Key West Theater will provide the following:

  • Marquee placement day of show
  • Facebook event on our KWT page

BOX OFFICE

The Key West Theater will provide Box Office staff free of charge on the day of show beginning at 5pm when selling tickets through the KWT website.
If you are using your own ticketing platform and would like us to staff the box office, the hourly rate is $15/hr.
If you will be providing your own staff, we will supply a table an the entrance.
