From 1977–1993 the Full Moon Saloon was the place to hang in Key West & listen to the music of bands such as Bill Blue & the Nervous Guys or The Pacific Orchestra. The moon was dark, the AC & the beer were always cold & the music was the best in town. When they moved from United Street to 1202 Simonton, Jimmy Buffet opened the new venue & returned to sit in often. It closed July 18, 1993 - Bill Blue played until 2pm the next day.

Pacific Orchestra started in Key West with David Khan Johnson & John Gladstone in the mid 1970s as a duo. Through the years the ensemble grew & toured the east coast playing original music to crowds. Join Bill Blue & the Nervous Guys & Kahn Johnson and the Pacific Orchestra to relive some of those raucous days when smugglers drank with customs agents by night at the "Moon" & eluded them by day. See old friends, enjoy the music of the Full Moon Saloon with two of Key West’s greatest bands.
