Dance, Yoga

Every Wednesday 6pm

Redefining “Happy Hour”, this hour-long class is a combination of classical pilates, basic ballet barre and stretching. It’s a happy hour full of fun, fitness and the art of movement. Cheers!

In support of health and wellness, we will be offering 60 minute Yoga sessions located in our second floor dance studio with some of the best instructors Key West has to offer.

Artistic Director & Choreographer Kyla Piscopink (Dance Key West)

Create – The Choreography Workshop

A workshop for dancers, choreographers and anyone interested in expressing themselves through dance and movement. In a supportive environment, gather tools and methods specifically designed to help artists develop and manifest their vision. Participants have the opportunity to showcase their work in the future. No experience necessary, all are welcome.

Move – Fun, community and dance!

Experience the joy of movement without the stress of formal dance class. MOVE focuses on self-expression in a safe and judgement-free environment. In this class, individual creative voices are nurtured while “following the leader”, meaning there is no pressure to memorize choreography or worry about technique. MOVE encourages you to experience the beauty of individuality, celebrate your body and to simply have fun while dancing. All levels, ages and abilities welcome.
