Q:  Are your Shows 21+?
A: Yes. Nearly all of our shows are 21+.  Please check the specific show to confirm age restrictions and if you have any questions, please email us at keywesttheater@gmail.com

Q:  I bought tickets through other, secondary market sources (ie., “scalpers” online or in person) – are my tickets legit?
A: The Key West Theater does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources.  Our Box Offices can not resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets or bogus tickets.   Tickets for all of our shows are sold through Ticketfly or in person at the Box Offices at the Key West Theater. Tickets are sometimes available through fan club sites as pre-sales or special VIP packages. Key West Theater has the right to cancel ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.

Q: Is your facility General Admission entrance?
A:  No. Most performances are reserved seating.  Advanced ticket purchase is recommended.

Q:  Can we purchase food & beverage service during the show?
A:  We offer a full bar with cocktail table service for the majority of our shows! We do not currently serve food. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that you can enjoy prior to the show.

Q:  Can we smoke inside?
A:  No.

Q:  What is your refund policy?
A:  All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or postponed.

Q:  Does the theater have handicap seating?
